Size Guarantee and Returns Policy Teddy’s Choice
At Teddy’s Choice we are committed to offering high quality reusable potty pads designed to provide comfort, cleanliness and reliable performance for you and your dog. Our goal is to ensure that every customer enjoys the best fit, the best size and the best experience with our reusable potty pads.
Order cancellation
If your cancellation request is made 2 hours of your order and your item hasn't been packaged or shipped yet, we can cancel it and you will receive a full refund.
If your cancellation request is made at any time after your item has already been shipped out or is on the way to our logistics provider, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it and you will need to go through our Returns procedure (see below) to get a refund.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return your order for any reason, you may do so within 90 days after receiving it. Returned reusable potty pads must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and in their original unopened packaging. Because pottery pads are hygiene sensitive items, any pad that has been opened, used or washed cannot be accepted for return. This applies to sets as well, which must always be returned complete and unopened.
To start a return, you may email us at support@teddyschoice.com. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct warehouse address. You can then package the items securely and send them back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including both domestic and international returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed. It usually takes between seven and ten business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a reusable potty pad that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include photos so that we can assess the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost. Since our reusable potty pads are sold in sealed hygiene safe packaging, any package that has been opened or from which a pad has been used becomes non returnable. We can only accept returns of fully unopened and unused items. If you are uncertain about the correct size or design for your dog, we recommend ordering a single pad first before purchasing a larger multipack.
Free items that are included as part of bundle promotions cannot be exchanged or returned. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refusing a Delivery
If a customer intentionally refuses delivery, for example by declining the package at the door or allowing it to be returned without communication, additional fees will be deducted from the refund. These fees cover the cost of outbound shipping, return shipping, warehouse handling and administrative processing. For customers in the UK a fee of £ 14.99 will be deducted from the refund. Promotional deals, including offers such as buy three and get two free, are always processed as standard returns and no free exchange applies.

Wrong address entered during order
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing the order. We can update the address if we receive a request before the item is shipped out.
We cannot update the shipping address after an order is shipped out. In this case, the customer can contact the shipping carrier and request for the package to be redirected to the preferred address.
