Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period in which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.
Long-term transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and or services, for which the delivery and or purchase obligation is spread over time.
Durable data carrier: any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and or services remotely to consumers.
Distance contract: a contract concluded within a system organized by the entrepreneur for the remote sale of products and or services, using one or more means of distance communication exclusively until the conclusion of the contract.
Means of distance communication: any method that can be used for concluding a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur meeting in person.
Terms and Conditions: these Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate where the Terms and Conditions can be consulted and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the text of these Terms and Conditions may be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable data carrier.
If specific product or service conditions apply, the consumer may always invoke the provision that is most favorable to them in the event of conflicting provisions.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is null or voided, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.
Situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be assessed according to the spirit and intent of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur is entitled to amend or withdraw the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and or services offered. Images and specifications are indicative and may differ. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Every offer contains information that clearly states the consumer’s rights and obligations, such as pricing, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery details and whether or not the right of withdrawal applies.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified requirements.
If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the entrepreneur shall immediately confirm the receipt of acceptance electronically. Until this confirmation is received, the consumer may terminate the agreement.
The entrepreneur shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data.
The entrepreneur may, within legal limits, obtain information about the consumer’s creditworthiness. If valid reasons arise, the entrepreneur may refuse an order or impose special conditions.
With the delivery of the product, the following information will be provided:
- The physical address of the entrepreneur for submitting complaints
- The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
- Information about warranties and post-purchase service
- The essential information as referred to in Article 4
- Terms for termination in long-term transactions
Every agreement is concluded subject to sufficient availability of the products.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product in its original condition and unopened packaging, including all accessories, in accordance with the instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
The consumer must notify the entrepreneur of the withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the product by email or in writing. After notification, the consumer must return the product within 30 days.
If the consumer fails to meet these deadlines, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the consumer.
These costs are not reimbursed by the entrepreneur.
If the consumer has already paid, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving the returned product.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications
- Products of a personal nature
- Hygiene-sensitive items whose seal has been opened or broken
- Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned
- Audio or video recordings and software whose seal has been broken
- Products that can spoil or age quickly
Article 9 – Prices
All prices are listed in euros and are exclusive of any import duties or taxes.
Price increases within three months after the conclusion of the agreement are only permitted if based on legal requirements.
Obvious printing or typographical errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement, with the specifications stated in the offer and with reasonable standards of quality and usability.
Any defects must be reported in writing within 30 days after delivery.
The warranty corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. For electronic items, this warranty is one year.
The warranty becomes void if:
- The consumer conducts repairs or modifications themselves
- The product is used incorrectly
- The defect was caused by external factors or force majeure
Article 11 – Delivery and Performance
The entrepreneur will take the utmost care when handling and shipping orders.
Orders will be delivered within thirty days unless otherwise agreed.
If a delay occurs, the consumer will be informed. In case of termination due to delayed delivery, the consumer will receive a refund within 30 days.
The risk of loss or damage remains with the entrepreneur until delivery to the consumer.
Article 12 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made within seven days of placing the order.
The consumer must report any inaccuracies in provided payment details immediately.
In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur may charge reasonable collection fees.
Article 13 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within seven days after the consumer discovers the issue.
Complaints will be answered within 30 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will receive an acknowledgment with an estimated timeframe for resolution.
If the complaint cannot be resolved mutually, it becomes a dispute subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
If a complaint is found to be valid, the entrepreneur will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Article 14 – Disputes
All agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these Terms and Conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
Complaints must be submitted within seven days after detection, fully and clearly described.
Complaints will be answered within 30 days, with an extension notice if needed.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the matter becomes a dispute subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
If a complaint is justified, the entrepreneur will repair or replace the product free of charge.
