Reusable Pee Pads
1. Introduce your dog to the pad.
2. Anticipate when they're likely to pee (soon after sleeping, playing or eating).
3. Take them to the pad to pee and reward them with a treat.
4. Repeat until your dog starts going to the pad by themselves.
5. If your goal is to teach your dog to pee outside, gradually move the pad outside until your dog starts going out by themselves.
We suggest a quick wash daily to keep the pad fresh. However, the washing frequency depends on usage and preference. Teddy's Choice pads can be washed many times over.
The pads perform best if hang-dried. However, they can also be tumble-dried on a low setting if needed.
Most of our customers typically get 2 or more pads so that they have a spare while the dirty one is being washed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
Teddy's Choice has distribution locations in the USA & Europe. We ship from the location nearest to you. For example, US orders are shipped from our US location. On the rare occasion where your purchased item isn't available at the nearest location, we may ship it from another location which typically increases delivery time by a few days only.

We aim to ship items out as soon as possible after we receive an order. If you contact us within 2 hours of a purchase and we haven't shipped your item out, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if the item has already been shipped out, you can contact us to request a refund through our returns process. More information can be found in our Refund Policy.
