Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in USA & Europe.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days. During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Our fulfilment team does not process or ship orders on weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number.

Standard delivery estimates (excluding holidays):

  • Europe: 5-9 business days
  • USA: 5-9 business days
  • Australia: 5-9 business days
  • Canada: 5-9 business days
  • Latin America: 5-9 business days

If an item, size or color is not available in the warehouse closest to your location, we may ship from a different facility, which can extend the delivery timeframe.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing.

Please note that Teddy’s Choice is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees that may apply in your country.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number.

Unexpected Delays

In some situations, your package may take longer than the average delivery time.
These delays are typically caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Seasonal peak periods

Although these factors are outside our control, we will gladly assist you in finding the best possible solution if your package is delayed.

Items Lost in Transit

In rare cases, items may be lost during shipping. An order is considered lost if:

  • 10 business days pass with no tracking updates 
  • Or the carrier confirms the item has been lost

In this cases, we will either resend your order or issue a refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy (doorlinken) for full details.

Items Lost or Stolen After Delivery

If a package is marked as delivered but is later lost or stolen (for example, due to “porch pirates”), Teddy’s Choice cannot be held responsible.

Refunds or replacements in this situation are provided entirely at our discretion.

We strongly recommend filing reports with both your local post office and your local police department, as they may be able to assist in recovering the package.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout. You will receive an email asking for confirmation or correction. If we do not receive a response, we cannot ship the order.

If you confirm the incorrect address or fail to update it, the customer is responsible for the delivery outcome.

Please always keep an eye on your email after placing an order to avoid delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We always package orders carefully, but we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit unless a protected shipping method was selected at checkout.
