Test First: Start by testing the cleaner on a small, hidden area of fabric or carpet to ensure discoloration will not occur.
Remove Excess Waste: Remove any solids and excess liquid by using a towel or wet vacuum.
Dilution: Pour a small amount of fresh water onto the stained area, then blot it up with a towel or wet vacuum. This helps dilute the urine and aids in complete removal. Repeat this step 2-3 times.
Apply Cleaner: Liberally apply the Biological Stain & Odor Cleaner to the affected area. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Dry: After the recommended time, cover the area with a folded towel and let is soak up the cleaner, then let the area dry naturally.
Repeat if Necessary: If the stain or odour persists, repeat the process until the area is completely clean.

Our cleaning spray works by utilising cleaning properties found in nature. This Biological Cleaner contains a blend of essential oils and live probiotics which break down organic stains and smells from pee, poo and vomit.

Yes, although the spray was formulated for organic stains, it will also work on food and mud. If it doesn't completely remove food or mud stains, we suggest getting a specific cleaner for these types of stains.

A 32 oz bottle lasts on average 6 months with medium use, and more than a year with light use.

Remove bulk solids (like poo), and soak up urine using a towel or cloth.
Dilute the remaining urine by pouring some water on it and soak it up with a cloth.
Now it's time for the Biological Cleaner to work it's magic. Spray liberally on the area and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Lay a cloth or towel over it and allow it to soak up the cleaner.
The stain should now be gone. For tougher stains and odors, repeat steps 3 and 4.

The Biological Cleaner is safe on most surfaces. On sensitive, non-color fast surfaces (for example silk sheets or cashmere rugs), please apply a small amount of the spray on a concealed area. If color transfers onto a cloth, avoid using.
